# Subscriptions past due action

 * Hi,
 * I have a lot of past due actions and I don’t know why is this happening. Subscriptions
   are not renewing. I have tried to disable WP Cron and activate my server Cron
   but it still fail.

   at [https://yithemes.com](https://yithemes.com) since we cannot support the commercial
   version here because it could be misleading for other users.
