# Subscriptions not updating

 * I set this up, for “Order Created”, but the users are not getting added. Is there
   a starting point to debug this? Or should I start digging into the module code?
 * I got the list of “lists” in the settings page, so I know the API is correct 
   and communicating.

 * Update on this – if you enable “WP_DEBUG” and “WP_DEBUG_LOG” in wordpress, you
   can see the debugging information.
 * In my case, there was a required field “ZIP” set up in Mailchimp, so I had to
   hack the plugin to send that field along as well.

 * Glad you got it resolved!
 * Something to note, you don’t have to hack the plugin to send that field. You 
   can actually hook into one of the action hooks the plugin makes available. See
