Subscriptions not sent

  • I love the interface, but the behavior is flaky.

    I created several test subscriptions, but 1 did not receive the confirmation email (sent from alternate form on main site).

    Of those created from the blog form, 1 did not receive the welcome email after the confirmation.

    And none of them received the Day 0 or Day 1 subscription emails.
