Subscriptions and followers is lost during a transfer

I recently transferred my blog from WP.com to WP.org and moved to self-hosted on Blue Host. Now, all of my email subscribers are gone and they are not getting the email notifications. I downloaded a plugin for subscribing, but how do I get the previous 100 emails back on the list? Also, when I was on WP.com, it showed the total number of followers which included facebook followers, twitter followers, etc…now it’s showing 0 followers. Is this a plug-in??
