Subscription system only work in local wordpress, not in a real/live wordpress

i intend to use a subscription into my site, then found the mailchimps as friendly newsletter+broadcast system and this yikes extender plugin combined nicely.

i tested first in my local wordpress using XAMPP and the integration and workflow of subscription went right.
the ajax and its validation(to detect whether an email have subscribed) worked.

But when im using this plugin in my real site, after insert email and name and hit the submit/subscribe button from the form,
The ajax and validation didn’t appear at all. Confirmation subscription wasn’t sent to user-email. And so, subscription system failed.

i’ve tested both plugin in a different case: at wordpress local, and live. In a 2 different PC. it gave the same result: The subscription only work when in local environment, failed when i put it in live wordpress: http://www.ciso.co.id/download-magazine/

i’m getting frustrated to track into the code, because i’m not actually understand the backend system (thats why im using the YIKES-form-plugin integrated to mailchimp with API, so i don’t have to dive to code the subscription system).

Please, help me track this. What could go wrong?
