    I am facing one error my subscription renewal payments are getting failed and it’s show follow error can you please help ASAP as my site is live.

    To confirm, the issue is only happening with Subscriptions, correct?
    Regular products (if you have one) payments are okay?

    If so, can you please confirm which subscription plugin you are using?

    First time subscription purchase is working perfectly. I have only Subscription product in site.

    There is no any error with the Subscription plugin. I Have installed older version of stripe plugin which is 8.0.0 and it was created the payment using this method



    Stripe payment intent created (Payment Intent ID: pi_XXXX

    tripe charge authorized (Charge ID: pi_XXX). Process order to take payment, or cancel to remove the pre-authorization. Refunding is unavailable until payment has been captured. Order status changed from Failed to On hold.

    But the payment method is missing in stripe account. and order is remain on hold

    I am facing issue , you can not resolve this ticket without fixing issue. none of the other plugin are there which are conflicting I had already tried the things with deactivation of other plugin.
    So please provide best solution.

    You have already created a ticket with WooCommerce Subscriptions support and now you are waiting for their reply.

    Could you clarify what you mean by this message?
    Is the payment method created with Stripe for WooCommerce plugin not appearing?
    Could you share a screenshot of the Checkout page where the payment method is missing?

    May I ask why are you using an older version of the Stripe plugin?
    Which version of the WooCommerce Subscriptions are you using?

    Lastly, could you tell me which plugins are active on your site right now?

    I am using latest version of WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway and Latest Version of  WooSubscriptions

    The Initial Subscription purchase working successfully, I have facing issue with the renewal subscription payment and it shows the error.

    The payment method is showing perfectly only issue is the renewal subscription is giving the error.

    To confirm Stripe version 8.5.2 and Woo Subscription version 6.5.0, correct?

    As we mentioned before, WooSubscription issues are handled by the support via email.
    As I understand, after having the issue with loading the UI, you were eventually able to create a ticket, correct?
