Subscription Renewal Date Change

Hi

I have an order that was created on the 26th but I want the renewal date to be on the 1st. I do not see the option to edit that in the Order/Subscription settings.

How can this be done?

I think I found one solution to align the subscription dates but will it change it for the existing subscription?

Please can you clarify which plugin you re using to enable subscriptions on your site, as this is not a built-in feature of WooCommerce core?

If you are using the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension, and have a valid license, please contact us directly via WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support.

As per the forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions is done here but we will be happy to assist you further from there 🙂

Hi @nathan1776 ,

Kindly note that Subscriptions is not a built-in feature of WooCommerce core, and would require a plugin to enable.

Would you mind sharing your site’s system status report so that we can take a closer look and possibly see what is enabling subscriptions on your site?

You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you have this, please share the results with us here.

I am able to see that you have the WooCommerce Payments plugin active on your site, which has a built-in subscription functionality.

Due to payment method requirements, with Subscriptions by WooCommerce Payments, you can only create manual subscriptions and edit existing subscription address information. Subscription line items, totals, and dates cannot be changed.

If you want to migrate to the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension which has more options, such as changing the billing schedule, please refer to our guide below:
