subscription plugin

Hi. I am new about WD, i used for many years another cms. I wish some suggestion about a good plugin that allows to manage subscriptions on my site and allows or restrict link page access according to group of users. Also i would like to know some affiliate plugin to let’s earn commission to affiliate user(s) once people the linked to my site subscribe plan.
I hope someone can help me to take the right decisions.
