subscription plugin

Hi, I checked the codex page but couldnt find anything that can do this, maybe somebody on here develped something like this or know where I can find it.

Im looking for a plugin where a person that leaves a commment on a post can subscrbe to that post and get a email every time another comment is posted on that particulat post… almost like you would subscribe to a thread on a forum
