I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with Wsspg, let’s see if we can get it to work for you.
If I could just ask you to re-verify a few settings:
- that the API keys are correct,
- that the plugin mode (either ‘live’ or ‘test’) matches the mode that is set in the Stripe dashboard,
- that the Plan ID matches exactly, without leading or trailing whitespace,
- that the Plan ID is entered, not the Plan Name.

All ID and keys were good. But not sure for the test/live mode, I’ll try.
Ok, it’s not working with the TEST mode, but it’s ok with the Live one. Thank you !
I think it’ll be great to let it work with the test mode…

Hi, we have the same issue; but it doesn’t work in test or in live mode either. We have contacted stripe support and they confirm that the ids are correct, the keys are working for only one id product; but not for the rest of the products
