 * I have been using Jetpack to collect subscribers. I have created a Jetpack form
to also allow people to contact my company for other reasons.
 * Meanwhile, I have also decided to move my subscribers to Email Subscribers plugin,
instead. But I like my Jetpack form better than some of the other forms I’ve
   been trying.
 * Is there a way to change the e-mail field in the Jetpack form to store into the
Email Subscribers form. Can I somehow embed the Email Subscribers field in the
   Jetpack form?
 * Bottom Line:
What I’m trying to accomplish is to create a form for Email Subscribers
that does these things: 1. Allow a user to ask for me to contact them either
by phone or email. 2. The user’s phone and/or e-mail information gets stored
in Email Subscriptions audience lists. 3. Allow a user to also signup for my
company newsletter, at the same time, but as an option.

 * Hi [@outonalims](https://wordpress.org/support/users/outonalims/), so you essentially
want to allow users to subscribe to your newsletter while contacting you via
   a Jetpack form.
 * And, since you use a different plugin for subscriptions, you are hoping to find
a way to make the two plugins work together. Is that correct?
 * If so, I think you’ve explained it well. It’s outside our scope of support, but
you’d be welcome to explore the code for the contact form and your newsletter
plugin to see if you or your developer can hook into it:

 * If you can pull it off, be sure to add your code as a separate plugin, or as
a snippet within a functionality plugin. You’ll want to avoid editing the code
for either plugin directly, as that will give you trouble with updates.
