I have tested using another plug in and it works just fine. No matter how I change the settings, deactivate/reactivate the plug-in, create new forms, new API key nothing seems to work with this plug in. In addition even with AJAX on, the entire webpage refreshes and places the webpage back to the top of the page. When that happens, the AJAX forms aren’t going to work properly. You’ll run into the issue that you’re seeing, where the page just refreshes. * If you set the form to non-ajax, are you still getting that issue where the page jumps back to the top? With things set to non-ajax, the forms should be submitting properly. * If you need the AJAX forms to work, you’re going to need to resolve the issue with the zerif.js file. I wanted to get technical support from the theme designers and let you know the outcome but I’m still working with them to resolve the issue. * So please keep this open for the time being until I can get confirmation from the theme designers whether or not they are able to fix it.
