Subscription not registered in Klaviyo

    Hello, I connected the two forms of this pages to my klaviyo account but when I test it I don’t see the subscriptions on the Klaviyo list. Could you help with what might be the problem?

    Hi @nelfelim can you please send me more info about you WP version, Elementor and pro versions, your them, your PHP version. Also, did you see any error, issue warning in your Wp dash board?

    Hello thank you for your reply, my WP version is the latest 6.0.2, Elementor too 3.7.7 , I’m using Hello theme and php version is 7.4.30
    I see no error or warning in the dashboard nor inside elementor. I just don’t see the submission in the Klaviyo list.

    Hi @nelfelim i have created a new same site as your and things work as expected.

    Please review your settings are correct include (please look at below image for more detail):
    * klaviyo private API key
    * klaviyo private API key
    * Email Field ID
