    Hi Support,
Currently we are using stripe official plugin, and also paypal official. We have a lot of woo subscriptions. If we decide to switch to your plugin will this interrupt the recurring orders? If we switch or do we have to keep the old plugin active?

    Hi @rridder

    Thank you for reaching out.

If we decide to switch to your plugin will this interrupt the recurring orders?

There will be no interruption because we’ve designed our plugin so the switch is seamless. Once you activate our plugin, it will take over the management of processing your subscription renewal payments. You can safely deactivate your old Stripe plugin once you activate our plugin.

You can always test this process if you have a staging site by creating some test mode subscriptions using your old Stripe plugin, then deactivate and enable our plugin. From there, you can process some renewal payments via the Subscription details page within the WooCommerce dashboard. You will be able to confirm that our plugin takes over processing these subscription payments.

    Kind Regards

that sounds great! What about the paypal plugin? Will there also be a seamless migration with subscriptions?

    Hi @rridder

    What about the paypal plugin?

Yes, that is also designed to automatically process renewal payments for subscriptions that were originally processed using your other PayPal plugin.

Our next release of the PayPal plugin has quite a few updates like adding support for the PayPal vault over billing agreements. If you would like access to that, you can contact us here.

    Kind Regards,

Hi @mrclayton, i have messaged you about paypal vault since we are using it. But didn’t got a reply via the contact form.

We have now installed the stripe plugin and all seems to be working seamlessly, however carte bancaire is not visible as one of the local payments, also I don’t see it in the credit cart field. Since we have quit large customer base in French it would be really nice to have this. Also when you have more then 3 creditcards that you are accepting it icons side by side are becoming quit big a specially on mobile where it becomes a second line. The official stripe plugin stacks them with 4 small icons. Is this something that is possible?

    Hi @rridder

Is this something that is possible?

You can achieve this with CSS if you want to replicate the look of the other plugin.

Carte Bancaire should appear dynamically on the credit card form based on the card number that’s entered. Are you using the Stripe payment form or something else?

    Kind Regards

Ah yes i see, thought it was showed separately since it didn’t show the icon or on the selection.

When using a test card it does appear as an icon but you need to select the brand. Not sure if this happens automatically when using a real card.
