    Hi @wahyu_anggg,

    I hope you’re well today! 🙂

    Could I ask if you have a free subscription on your site? If so, when users signup for that free subscription, does that work just fine and they get the subscription added to them?

    Just to check also, are you using a Live or Sandbox account for testing the Single Payment gateway?

    Since the credentials for each mode (live/sandbox) are different, could you please verify you’re using the correct credentials for the mode you’re using?
