 * Is there a way to source the HTML code for the Subscribe2 subscription form so
   we can embed it into our main website?

 * In fact I have 2 questions in total:
    - Is there a way to source the HTML code for the subscription form so we can
      embed it into our main website?
    - Can i customise the HTML emails that go out?
 * Thanks

 * [@newuser2](https://wordpress.org/support/users/newuser2/),
 * 1/ Not easily and I cannot support this approach because too much can go wrong.
   Subscribe2 present dynamic output to your end users, by creating a static form
   you could break this functionality.
 * 2/ Yes, in the Subscribe2->Settings page under the Templates tab. You can preview
   the templates from there also with the Preview Email button which will send example
   output to the currently logged in users email address.

 * Is there a workaround so that on entry of an email, a user is subscribed to our
   newsletter list AND subscribe2 list?
 * I must be able to feed subscribers to our wordpress DB or subscribe2 list somehow?
 * My idea was to merge 2 subscription forms into one so i can pipe the email to
   2 sources.
 * This seems a simple and logical requirement and must be able to be achieved…
 * Thanks in advance.

 * Perhaps I haven’t explained very well, it is possible to do what you are looking
   to do but it involves developing additional HTML and/or PHP in addition to the
   Subscribe2 core code. This could then impact on the working of Subscribe2 as
   it is designed to deal with 2 subscriber types and each is handled differently
   already. Additional code would need to take this into consideration and it’s
   not something I have the time to support; things that look simple on the user
   side are usually supported by complex code to achieve that simple look.

 * Once someone enters and email in the subscribe2 form, are they added to the blog
   user database?
 * I may be able to sync databases up…?

 * [@newuser2](https://wordpress.org/support/users/newuser2/),
 * If they just enter their email and become a Public Subscriber, their email address
   is added (with other things) to the ‘subscribe2’ table in your database.
 * If they are a Registered User / Subscriber their email is in the WordPress user
   table in the database.

 * So whats the database field full string for the email address?

 * [@newuser2](https://wordpress.org/support/users/newuser2/),
 * The table is created with this structure with emails stored in the ’email’ column:
 * CREATE TABLE $this->public (
    id int(11) NOT NULL auto_increment, email varchar(
   64) NOT NULL default ”, active tinyint(1) default 0, date DATE default ‘$date’
   NOT NULL, time TIME DEFAULT ’00:00:00′ NOT NULL, ip char(64) NOT NULL default‘
   admin’, conf_date DATE, conf_time TIME, conf_ip char(64), PRIMARY KEY (id) )

 * Can you give us some code to embed the subscribe2 subscription form on a HTML
   web page?
 * Or give us a heads up how to achieve this?
 * Thanks again…

 * [@newuser2](https://wordpress.org/support/users/newuser2/),
 * As I’ve said above Subscribe2 is dynamic in it’s output so I would not recommend
   hard coding it in HTML. I’d suggest you use PHP and leverage the WordPress functions
   to achieve your aim.
