  • Yes…but why does anybody tell us a work around??

    I’m having the same issue.

    Can someone please reply?

    Hi @fredricq, @hkruse and @tycooko!

Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a known issue and we’re working on it.

Please always keep your plugin update, it will be on our MailPoet 3 weekly’s release.

In the meantime, you can use the iFrame version of our subscription forms, which should work fine.

Thanx for your reaction. I tried iframe version for visitors. Works on Windows-PC, but not on Android or IOS tablet. On Android tablet error about not all required fields filled, on IOS no reaction at all after submit. SO problem still there. Hope you succeed in fixing this soon….

Today (all of a sudden…) it seems to be working, using shortcode reference.
My problem seems to be solved (for the time being).
