# Subscription Email Problems

 * Hello,
    I am wondering if there is anything I can do to fix the subscription 
   emails that go out to let people know of new posts on my website. The emails 
   show coding at the top and bottom of them and show the whole post in the text.
   How can I change this? Thank you.

 * As far as I can tell it is just a normal email sent by WordPress from [donotreply@wordpress.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/subscription-email-problems/donotreply@wordpress.com?output_format=md)
   
   I’m not too familiar with this stuff really. Learning as I go. I have Mailchimp
   set up but haven’t used it yet.
