  • Hi,
    the “Automated email for Subscription – Completed with payment Message” is not sending. The invoice email and the account creation email is sent, but the custom email is not sending. Any idea?

    I read on your forum that that’s a bug … any suggestion on how to fix this? it’s quite important!

    (I also tried the workaround indicated in the message of the link above (got the login from a colleague) but is not working either.

    I’m using Membership 2 Version 4.1.5, WordPress 4.9.6

    That’s indeed a already reported bug and we’re waiting for our developers to provide a fix and publish a new version.
    I’ve already updated our internal bug report with this topic URL, so if there’s any hotfix that could be applied before next official update, will let you know here. 🙂

    I checked the internal report on the issue. Unfortunately, the fix is not ready yet. Our developers still working on it, if we get any updates on this I write on this thread. Thanks for your patience!

    Hi Oguz,
    any news on this issue? One month is gone … the situation is becoming quite “uncomfortable” to say the least.

    Does the Pro version of Membership2 also have this issue?

    If no, is it possible to upgrade from this version to the Pro without too much problems? (I’ve a wpmudev license, didn’t have back when I built this site).

    Hope you’re well.

    Unfortunately, we don’t have a fix yet. Our developers still working on it. The pro version has the same problem too, but if you are a member of our site I recommend to take support from our site. It shouldn’t be a problem switching the pro version, but you can test it after taking the full backup of your site.

    any news on this issue? Almost 3 months are gone (….)
    Things are starting to get slightly uncomfortable with clients.

    I am afraid we are still don’t have a fix for this bug report. I am pinging our developers to get feedback about it, maybe we can provide some code editing instructions until publishing a fix.
