Is there an error displayed? A JS one maybe in your browser console?
Could you please share a screencast so we can see what’s going on?

Unfortunately we’re not able to reproduce the issue with the button. It is perfectly working on our test websites.
I think the best solution is definitely to contact us using our contact form so we can have a closer look.
As regards the fist screenshot, if you don’t see the blue circles then that’s because those users are not subscribed to this specific list 🙂
