# Subscribers without activation

 * Hello all,
 * I installed mailpoet a few days ago without any configuration. All options are
   disabled, so it is not possible to subscribe.
 * After each order I get new subscribers (subscribed and unconfirmed).
 * How can this be that I have confirmed subscribers without any configuration?

 * As I understand, you’re referring to new customers being added to the WooCommerce
   Customers list as subscribers, but with the status of “Unconfirmed”. Is that 
   correct?
 * If that’s the case, it’s expected that all of these customers will be automatically
   added to this list, even if you didn’t enable any settings in the plugin.

 * No that’s no correct. I’m referring to new customers being added to the newsletter
   mailing list with the status “subscribed” without actually subscribed.
