Subscribers page

Hello,
I would like to add a page to my wp blog containing freebies, such as pdf downloads, jpgs, etc. These would only be accessible after sign up (I’m with mailchimp). So if you click on the page via a link – you see a – you need to sign up to view this page. Here is the sign up box..

Once the email address has been received on a double sign up – they can access the content on the page. I would also like it so when they return they put in their email address and can again access the page when I put new free items in there. My intention being that new items will form part of the Newsletter – hopefully so they return back to the site.

I’ve seen lots of – link after sign up, password protected etc, send pdf after subscribing, but nothing which allows the page to become viewable after sign up.
I have found an example on the net, called The Jones Design company Freebies.. but can’t replicate it.

Also I don’t want to spent a huge amount – as I’m just starting out.
