 * I’d like to create a form which collects email addresses but also signs users
   in to my site so they then have access to certain restricted pages. Can I achieve
   that with a MailChimp sign up form?

   use case, and it sounds like you may need to engage a 3rd party developer to 
   achieve the desired workflow for your Woo store.
    Here at the plugin team, we
