I had a look at your site, and it seems that you only have 7 Jetpack Email Subscribers at the moment. You can see them here:
https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?unit=1&blog=36710307&blog_subscribers
It’s worth noting that Jetpack Subscribers and Registered Users are different. You can read more about the differences here:

Your readers can’t sign up to become Jetpack Subscribers on your site, because you haven’t added any Jetpack Subscription widget to any of your sidebars. If you’d like folks to be able to subscribe to your site, I would suggest adding such a widget. You can read more about it here:
http://jetpack.me/support/subscriptions/
Looking at your site, it seems that you’re currently using another subscription form in your sidebar, thanks to the Email Subscribers plugin. If you have trouble with that plugin, I would suggest that you contact the plugin author.
I hope this helps.
Hi,
I only took the widget down the same day I posted on the forum, which is 3-4 years after I created the site, I have had the widget sign up sidebar since the inception of the website. I have also tested the jet pack widget using new emails and it does not show in my subscribers list after I subscribe with the widget.
Would you mind adding it back, so I can test it on my end?
Hi Jeremy,
I’ve changed it back to Jetpack subscribers widget. It’s now on the side bar.
Thanks! I tried using the form on your site, and it seems to be working properly. I subscribed to your blog, and you can now see my email address in your subscriber list.
It’s worth noting that confirmation emails are only sent once, so if you previously attempted to subscribe but never clicked on the link in the confirmation email, you won’t receive a new email if you use the subscription form again today.
You can confirm your pending subscription here:
http://subscribe.wordpress.com/
If you’d like, you can send me an email via this contact form and mention this thread, as well as a few examples of the email addresses that didn’t receive a confirmation email. I’ll be happy to take a look at our email logs to find out what happened.
HI Jeremy,
I’ve sent you an email of an example of a confirmed email that never showed up in my subscribers list.
Please have a look.
Thanks!
That reader is in fact a WordPress.com user, so they will appear in the “WordPress.com Followers” tab of your subscriber list. They’re the first person on the list.
Hi Jeremy,
Is there a way to see my wordpress.com subscribers’ emails? Thanks
No, that information is private I’m afraid. We do not make WordPress.com users’ email addresses public to respect their privacy.
