    Hi,
    I am using an old version of Email Subscribers and Newsletters… Version 3.5.18

    My subscribers are not receiving my single and double opt-in emails. I have contacted my hosting provider and everything is working fine on their end.

    Could it be because I am using an older version? If I need to upgrade to current version, how to upgrade without losing my existing subscribers?

    Please help

    We recommend you to upgrade to the latest version and try sending a test email to check if you are able to receive it.

    Please let us know if the issue persists. We will see what is going on.

    Hi,

    I’ve upgraded to the latest version of Email Subscribers and then sent a test email to myself, which I did not receive in my inbox.

    I’ve tried it by both enabling and disabling WordPress Chron but I dong think chron matters when sending a test email

    Just to clarify, I did not receive the test email at all – neither in my inbox or spam/junk folder. It simply didn’t arrive.
