Hi.
Can you tell me if you can manually subscribe to a list within MailPoet’s plugin and not via the checkout to see if the results are the same.
If you don’t get an email then you may have an issue elsewhere.
I look forward to your response.
Hello Sebastian,
I set up 2 new email accounts for my website and then subscribed to my Newsletter on my site https://SillyGoatsSoap.com. i received a notice that I had to new subscribers to the newsletter…When I checked the 2 new email accounts there is no newsletter. It did not send.
I went into the control panel and manually added a subscriber and that did add that subscriber email.
Hope this helps and sorry it took so long to return reply but it did not notify me you commented back. I will watch more closely today.
Chris
I should have asked this at the beginning but can you tell me if you are using the stable version of MailPoet or MailPoet 3 Beta?
It seems to be hit and miss. My wife got the newsletter but I did not on the 2 new names I created from my website?
Hi Chris.
I think you may have a PHP mail issue with your hosting. I dont think this is related to either MailPoet or this add-on specifically.
I suggest reading the following articles:
http://docs.mailpoet.com/article/49-lists-of-hosts-and-their-sending-limits
http://docs.mailpoet.com/article/48-wp-cron-batch-emails-sending-frequency
Hope that helps.
I’ll take a look later today and let you know. Thank you for getting back to me.
Has the issue been resolved?
