# Subscribers not getting new posts

 * Looks like my subscribers stopped getting new post emails in November (16th was
   the last one I got)
 * I have no idea why the widget is the same and I haven’t changed anything. I use
   blog subscriptions by jet pack.
 * Appreciate any help

 * BTW, they won’t be able to do much without knowing your site URL.

 * JetPack should be able to help you – but know that they are gone until next Monday–
   the 5th – so you probably won’t hear from anyone until sometime later next week
   as they no doubt have a backlog already.

 * Thanks for the heads up. I did tweet them a few days back and didn’t hear either.
