Subscribers not ending up in MailChimp

    Hi,

    I have the WooCommerce Checkout integration enabled but whenever an order is placed and the checkbox is checked, no subscriber is ending up in MailChimp and nothing is happening in the debug.log (and I’ve set the logging to “Everything” before doing anything)

    These are my settings, am I missing something or doing anything wrong?
    My API key status is green Connected.

    I’ve looked everywhere for any feature where it said the subscribers are being added in bulk every hour now and then but I can’t find it.

    I do have the latest versions of WordPress and MC4WP

    Note:
    – As the website related to this issue is non-public yet I can’t share the URL in this topic, perhaps in some other way. I did see in the admin-ajax.php payload the value of the checkbox is beings sent correctly: _mc4wp_subscribe_woocommerce: 1

    Hey @artifexmedia,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The premium version has “User Sync” that syncs users but not add users.

    The “WooCommerce Checkout” integration should add users. Since this is not happening on your website, for test, can you please create a test page and add our form to it and test it?
