Subscribers for abandoned cart does not work

Hello, I am developing the site, it is a wordpress.com, I installed the plugin and synchronized mailchimp with the store. Buyers are subscribed when buying, that’s fine.
The problem is with the abandoned car. I do not get abandoned cart subscribers. In the error log it tells me the following:
