Subscribers custom post type not showing in wp-admin, and subscribe reloads page

Hello,
I’m using this plugin on a different WordPress site with success, I love the plugin and it does exactly what I need.
However, I’m trying to use this plugin on a new WordPress site, and it’s not working at all. I’m using the Jupiter theme. The form shows up on the front end, but there are two big problems that are making this plugin currently useless:
1) The main problem is that there is no ¨Subscribers¨ custom post type showing in the backend, so I can’t access the list of people that subscribe.
2) A second problem is that clicking the ¨Subscribe¨ button on the front end reloads the entire page and doesn’t show the thank you message. I’ve tried setting the jsthanks option to both true and false with no effect either way.
I would love to continue using this plugin so it would be amazing if someone could help me resolve this within the next couple of days. I am willing to provide admin access to my site so that you can investigate. The site URL is http://www.valeo365.org, the password to see the front end is ¨andrea¨.
