I am using Jetpack subscriptions for my website. I tried subscribing to my blog’s Jetpack newsletter with one of my other email addresses.

The subscription gets confirmed and I am receiving emails, whenever I publish a new post. But, the same is not reflecting in Jetpack stats. I cannot find my email address on the follower’s list shown by Jetpack stats.

Looks like the stats are not getting updated.

How to fix this?

The emails that you’re receiving, what email address are they being sent from?

They are being sent from donotreply at wordpress.com

Hm, yes that would be us.

Specifically, where are you checking the subscriber count at?

In my website’s /wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats&blog_subscribers page

Ok, I think I found the problem and cleared that cache.

You should see the correct count within the next 24 hours.

It has been almost 2 days. And it is still the same. Subscribers count haven’t changed.

I see 14 on our end, and no new subscribers for 6 days.

What do you see on your end?
