Are you on the latest version of the plugin, ie, 220502? If you are then, it should work all fine however, you should visit StCR -> Options section and just save the changes and see if that helps.
However, if you are on previous version of the plugin then, please follow the below instructions and see if that helps:
- Go to
StCR -> Management Page section
- Set
Virtual Management Page to No and save the changes
- Go to
Pages -> Add New section and create a page called Comment Subscriptions and set the permalink for this page as comment-subscriptions
- For the content of the page, you can add
[stcr_management_page]

I should clarify: links that lead to personal subscription managment pages do not work. Such links look like this:

Hi! Yes, I tried. In this case the subscriber first gets to comment-subscriptions.html page, enters his email. After that he recieves the letter with the same link (https://mysite.com/comment-subscriptions.html?srek=f262d1cb867a0ecd470b0cb5ee48b2e1&srk=e815bc3cbb21eb868c0afe22b9c25db0&srsrc=e&post_permalink=) which leads to 404 page on my site.
May be I can write to your email so that you could test it by yourself?

Can you visit StCR -> Management Page section from your WordPress dashboard? There you can see the option of Management URL, which in your case might be as: /comment-subscriptions.html. In that option, can you add / at last, ie, the setting for this option should be /comment-subscriptions.html/ and see if it helps?

rezocom, unfortunately, the author of the plugin does not want to solve this problem, despite my repeated attempts to provide any information on the operation of the plugin or contact him personally.
I started this thread almost 3 months ago – no changes since then.
