Subscribers are not added to list

    Hello,

    After linking my Mailchimp account with my site and creating a signup form I experience some problems.

    Subscribers who are opting in to join the mailing list, are not added to the Mailchimp list.

    I already contacted Mailchimp Support and they told me that the information sent over is not being recognized and advised me to ask your help.

    Can you please go to the “MailChimp for WP > Others” page and share with us any errors listed there?

    I checked the page and there seem to be no errors in the Dubug log.

    I am having this same issue. The form is on my site, but when I enter a name and email and check the subscribe box, nothing happens. No errors reported in the Debug log.

    I checked to be sure the tags in the code match the tags on my MailChimp list. I just installed MailChimp for WP today.

    Hey there!

    I followed this guide: https://kb.mc4wp.com/add-list-choice-registration-form/#

    Using the code and then in the plugin I went to Mailchimp for WP > Integrations > Registration Form > and activate it.

    Now mailchimp is taking the email but not the name or other information that I may need.

    Any idea?

    Do you have “Double Opt-in” enabled in our form settings?

    Yes, this option is enabled.

    Hello,

    I just tested it using my personal email “me@harish*******.com”. Can you please let me know if it was added to your list?

    I see a success message which is only displayed by our plugin if MailChimp.com accepts the details.
