# Subscribers are gone

 * Hi,
 * My subscribers are gone. My last mailing was on september 4th with Mailpoet 3.
   Then everything was oke.
 * Please help me, I am desperate!

 * I have installed version 3 but now I have no subscribers or past newsletters.
   How long do I wait to see if migration has occurred. I can’t re-active version
   2 which is really annoying.

 * Unfortunately, we had a bug in the version 3.0.0-rc.2.0.3, which has caused non-
   Wordpress User subscribers to be removed.
    We have quickly removed the release
   as soon as we identified the issue, to limit the damage, but unfortunately, it
   sounds you were still affected.
 * Sorry about the issues this has caused to you. Our latest version (version 3.0)
   does not have that problem.
 * If you have a recent backup of your site – that would help, or if you still have
   your MailPoet 2 installation – you can import the subscribers again.
