Support » Plugin: Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth » Subscriber who did not confirm the first email

  • There are people who can not subscribe to my blog, they put their email in the
subscription form and they did not confirm it in the first email. When they return to subscribe they no longer receive the confirmation email. Is there any
way to see this list of emails? How can these users subscribe?
    Thank you

    Hi there,

If the person has a WordPress.com account, they can log into WordPress.com and go to https://wordpress.com/following/manage. Tell them to search for your site there, and then they can enable email notifications there directly.

Else ask them to go to https://subscribe.wordpress.com and enter their email address. They’ll then receive a link to view all their WordPress.com/Jetpack subscriptions for their email address, and they should be able to remove any old ones, or verify any unverified ones from there.

For more in-depth troubleshooting we’d need to know the emails of the subscribers, and you can’t post that information in this forum. So in that case, please open a support request at https://wordpress.com/help/contact, mentioning this thread, and listing the email addresses we need to check, each on its own line, and someone over there will be able to help you.

The email of the subscriber is:

Yesterday we entered the email in https://subscribe.wordpress.com/ and no message arrived in his email to view all his WordPress.com/Jetpack subscriptions.
    Thank you

I asked you not to post anyone’s email address here, as this forum is public.

Please ask that reader to contact WordPress.com support directly at https://wordpress.com/help/contact so we can help them with this there.

By clicking on the link, it only allows me to post in the “public” forum. I don’t know how to send the data privately. It does not let me.
    Thank you

If you post the email address normally (without changing its formatting) on the WordPress.com forums, it will be hidden from everyone except the support staff over there.

    Ok
The email to check the subscription is:
    Thanks

As I said above, we’ll need the owner of that email address to contact WordPress.com support directly so we can help them with this over there.

You also re-posted that email address again now, after I’ve asked you not to, and after @macmanx, who is a moderator here, removed it from your previous comment.

Please stop posting email addresses here.

Email addresses are automatically hidden on the WordPress.COM support forums, but they are NOT HIDDEN here in the WordPress.ORG forums.
