I apologize for the delay, here is the screenshot.
This problem is difficult for me to describe, the subscribers are unable to register in the woocommerce (login/register page) they are registered as subscribers. So upon trying to login and or register their email address’ are already in the backend as subscriber not customer (so they have no password to input).

    Thank you,

So you already have the users email address inserted as a Subscriber role but they don’t have a password.

Would it not make sense for the user to reset there passwords first ?

Then they can login and they make a purchase on the checkout they become part of the Customer user role and be subscribed to your newsletters if they opt-in for it.

Does that make sense. You issue is not really a support problem for this plugin.

    Your welcome.

    Hey Sebastien D,
I’m having the same issue. People are unable to register on my site. When they do, it refreshes to the same page. Very weird behavior.

What did you end up doing to fix it?

    -Tom

    Hi all,
I also cannot have people register on my site at all.
When they try to register the page just refreshes with all the registration detail still in the text boxes.

Please help. This is so bad.

    Hey Joj,
I found my problem in out of date woocommerce php files. Check your woocommerce system status and look for out of date template files. That may be your problem.

I had to add the updated WooCommerce folder to my theme folder on my desktop. I then re-uploaded my theme zip folder with the help of “Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades.” Once I updated all my files, my users could login/register.

    Is this helpful?

    Hi kilpstom,

    You are super!

Started with what your recommendation, then i found out that my “form-login.php” was outdated. I downloaded and updated version of woocommerce, pulled out the “form-login.php” from “myaccount” folder and replaced the version on my system.
    Thanks a lot.

    Boom, solved!

    -Tom
