    Hello Support,
I created a form conneted to a specific list. When a user fills the form, he receives an email to confirm the abonnement. IF the subscriber is already defined in another list in the wellcome message both lists are showed which is confusing if they are no relationships between the 2 lists. By sample a user is defined within a newsletter list and he subscribes for an abonnement for shows (and he has to pay for it).
    Thanks for your support,
    Jean-Claude RM

    Hi there @jrostinmagnin,

With the default confirmation page, it will display all the lists that the subscriber has signed up for (as you are seeing).

If you want to change that default behavior, you can create a Custom Confirmation page as described in our guide below. On your custom page you could put a more generic “Thanks for signing up!” or something instead of listing out all their subscribed lists:

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

Many thanks Kelly, this answered my question. I customized my confirmation page.
I have another question: How can I check that the subscriber is already registered to a specific list? All The Best. Jean-Claude RM

    Hi again @jrostinmagnin 👋🏽

Many thanks Kelly, this answered my question. I customized my confirmation page.

Great, glad to hear you got it working the way you needed. Thanks for the update!

You will want to head to MailPoet > Subscribers and search for their email address. Then you will be able to see the list the subscriber is in.

    I hope this helps!

    Cheers

Thanks for your answer, sorry I don’t understand what you mean by “to head to Mailpoet”. At this point the subscriber is filling the form and he/she should not not receive the confirmation email he/she should receive a message saying ” You are already registered for this list”
    All the Best, JCRM
