 * Right now, people can register as a ‘subscriber’ on my blog, but I’m wondering
   what purpose does this serve? Why would someone register as a subscriber on my
   blog? What is the use? Can someone explain the point?

 * If you require registration to comment, but don’t want to give too much ‘power’
   to a user, the subscriber could make sense.
