subscriber not sent confirmation mail

    Hi,

    I have the Ohio Theme installed. I use the MC4WP plug-in and Contact form 7 (as part of my theme bundled plug-ins). The MC4WP plug-in is connected to my mailchimp account and under the integration tab, it says that the Contact form 7 integration is active as well. When I subscribe, i receive the green Thank you confirmation message.

    However, nothing happens after that. I do not receive a confirmation e-mail. According to your FAQs, I did check the junk/spam folder, I waited 24 hours and I tried with 2 different email addresses (one gmail and one from my domain).

    I also contacted my theme provider who said I should ‘check the settings of my form and/or integration.’ Which I did and according to all the documentation I could find, it should be working, but it doesn’t.

    Does anyone have an idea what i could/should check again?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Can you please go to the “MC4WP > Others” menu and share with us any errors listed in the logs?

    I checked the error log and was able to find and fix the error myself.
