Subscriber not saved when popup is submitted

Hello,

I have recently setup this plugin and created a “Subscription” popup. Everything is configurable and works as expected, except the fact that when I submit the popup’s form (name & email), the page is reloaded and nothing is stored in the database/subscribers menu.

In the “After successful subscription” setting I have the “Show a success message” option set, so the plugin must be misbehaving somehow. I have tried the remaining options in this setting, all yielding the same reload page result (Even “Hide popup” reloads the page).

I don’t believe this is an incompatibility with any other plugin, and I’ve verified that it isn’t ModSecurity blocking the request.
