Subscriber list not getting to MailChimp | WordPress.org

I seem to be having trouble with collecting subscribers and transmitting that data to MailChimp. I tried putting in a few emails, and they don’t receive the welcome email, nor does Mailchimp recognize a new subscriber as the audience list doesn’t show them. The message saying “success in subscribing” shows up, and the log shows a successful subscription, but then nothing happens. Please help!

Hello,

Can you please check our form settings and let us know if “Double Opt-in” is enabled or disabled?

Thank you! Yes it working. I think the opt in emails were going to spam folders. So I did disable the double opt in.
