    Hello,

we recently updated MailPoet to v3.84+. Now it seems that the count of subscribers in a list is somehow buggy.

Example: Before updating there were a total of 80 subscribers in a list (subscribed, unconfirmed a.s.o.). After the update it says a total of 10 subscribers. But when you click on “show subscribers” it shows all 80.

So I’m wondering what went wrong? Is there a cache causing the problem or cron that should run to update the subscribers count in “MailPoet” > “Lists”?

    Anybody else having this issue?

    Kind regards

    Hi @danielinhou ,

    Thanks for your reply.

In “MailPoet” > “Lists” it says that there are 11 subscribers:https://snipboard.io/BNvC9k.jpg

After clicking on “show subscribers” it says that for this specific list 38 “elements” were found. And all of them have the satus “subscribed”: https://snipboard.io/S0xRGo.jpg

    Hi Elvira,

That’s it! After recalculating the subscribes the list numbers were updated as well.

    Thanks for your support!

    Kind regards
