# Subscriber Issue

 * Not sure if there is a problem with settings, but I noticed that the system will
   not send a subscription confirmation email to our staff member. I’ve tried to
   trouble shoot and the only speculation that I can see is that the email address
   is the same as the URL (email@sample.com and [http://www.sample.com](http://www.sample.com)).
   I’ve tested external email addresses and the system functions correctly. Any 
   thoughts?
