    That escalated quickly. Giving away admin details should be an absolute last resort.

    Hello Andrew, totally agree. However as the person facing the issue is ready to provide the same, it helps us to help them faster, instead of going through multiple rounds of communication asking them to send various details, screenshots which ultimately increases resolution time.

    I know it’s quicker, but note that it’s generally not allowed on these forums. You can inherit all sorts of problems in the future if you go into someone’s installation. For example, recently a plugin author who did the same thing was made responsible for a hacked installation that occurred a few weeks later.

    Hello Zoviant,

    Please check our integration guide at “Send additional CF7 fields to MailChimp“.

    The MailChimp.com List to which the CF7 form is integrated has 3 required fields, “FNAME”, “EMAIL”, “MESSAGE”. If a required field is not sent using exact name/id, this will result in error and the data would not be saved in MailChimp.com

    I have updated your form and tested it. Can you please confirm if any email was added to your MailChimp.com list?

    In your MailChimp.com List, can you mark the “message field” as not required.

    Hello @zoviant,

    I have tested again. Please confirm if our email was added to your list. I also received the confirmation email from MailChimp.com asking me to verify the email address.
