 * Hi,
    Can anyone help with Subscriber discounts not generating?
 * I have linked the MailChimp API and it says it’s recognised and filled in all
   the fields but no code or email is sent to new subscribers.

 * In MailChimp, you don’t need to use their API. You’re looking for your list’s
   Webhook settings.
    1. Login to MailChimp
    2. Click Lists at the top
    3. Click the name of the list you want to use to send discounts to subscribers
    4. Click the Settings dropdown menu and select Webhooks
    5. Click Create New Webhook button
    6. In the webhook URL box, enter [http://yourdomain.com/?trigger-special-discount=true&discount-key=some-random-letters-and-numbers](http://yourdomain.com/?trigger-special-discount=true&discount-key=some-random-letters-and-numbers)
 *  - Replace ‘yourdomain.com’ with your actual domain
    - Replace ‘some-random-letters-and-numbers’ with some random sequence of letters
      and numbers. This will work: `xjM3PtLV2P`. Be sure to copy down this string
      of text you’ll need it later.
 *  - Only check “subscribes” in the type of updates to be sent. All others should
      be unchecked.
    - The last three boxes (only send updates when…) can be left checked.
    - Then in the plugin settings on your site (Downloads > Subscriber Discounts)
      you need to enter the random letters and numbers from step 6 in the MailChimp
      Key field.
    - Other than the Active Campaign Key field and the Use Once Per Customer field
      all other fields on the page are required.
    - In the message field, be sure to include the {code} placeholder tag somewhere
      in the message, which will display the discount code to the subscriber.

 * I just took a look at the settings and everything seemed to be set up correctly.
 * When I looked at the Discount Codes section, it does appear as if a discount 
   code is being generated. You should also keep in mind that the code will only
   be sent after the email address is subscribed to your mailing list. It won’t 
   send before the person clicks through the confirmation email that they should
   receive. If you’re testing the process with dummy email addresses (test@example.
   com) you’ll never get through the whole process.
 * If the subscriber isn’t getting the discount code by email there are a few things
   that could be happening:
    - Your host is blocking these messages from being sent.
    - Your host throttles when these emails are sent – they could be sitting in 
      a queue waiting to be sent.
    - The discount code email is getting blocked from hitting the inbox by a spam
      filter on the recipient’s side.
    - The discount code email is ending up in the recipient’s spam folder.

 * After looking closer at your setup, your EDD shop doesn’t have any products in
   it, but you do have a WooCommerce shop set up on your site. It seems like you’re
   selling physical products, not digital downloads.
    This plugin will only work
   with Easy Digital Downloads, not WooCommerce. I think that’s the problem you’re
   experiencing here.
