Subscriber created page builder

    I am looking for some help in finding the correct plug in. I need to put in place a wysiwyg web page builder that a subscriber to my site can log into and create their own custom page. The only trick is I need to have admin rights to this page in order to approve content before it goes live on the site. Does anything like this exist in plug in land?
