Subscribe Widget Partially Working

    Hi guys,

    I am using the Mailchimp Widget V0.8.12 with WordPress 3.4.2.
    Most of the time (90%) when a user submits an email address into the field everything works fine and they get the confirmation email. However, a few times I receive an error saying there was a problem with my submission. I cant seem to trace why this is happening. The email address that I keep getting the error from is a normal gmail address with no special characters.

    If a user enters an invalid email address (ie typo) will that be the error message that is returned? The website is http://www.chrometoys.com
    Any help is appreciated.

    Hey there,

    That definitely sounds a bit odd. Can you send me an email at mailchimptk[at]gmail.com with a screenshot of the error you’re seeing, as well as the email address that you’re signing up with?

    Also, can you confirm whether you’re seeing the same error message when signing up through your MailChimp hosted form? This will allow us to further test the issue in the local environment.
