    Hi Guys,

Seems as the subscribe to comments checkbox is not showing anymore. Not sure since when but it was working in the past without issues.

Checkbox’s are marked under the discussion settings in wp-admin. any tips?

FYI – if thats matter, the WP “Allow saving my name email” checkbox appears correctly..

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thanks @supernovia,

but this is not the case. I’ve tried it on the default theme with no success. I have reverted to an earlier version of Jetpack (6.4.2) and now it works great which is kinda strange….

not sure on which side the issue resides to be honest, but seems to me it’s on your hand. I appreciate your help and if you have further questions plz let me know..

    Cheers ๐Ÿ™‚

Just an FYI – As i’ve thought, switching to staging mode on my local environment shows the checkbox’s as well now that it works well.

Thanks again for your time ๐Ÿ™‚

Can you let us know what plugins or modifications you’re using to display the extra tabs in your comment form? I’d be happy to do some testing here.

it is not a plugin, it’s my own code…

but as i mentioned, i’ve switched to the default twenty seventeen theme and still didn’t see any subscribe box’s.. not sure how can that be….

Thanks, is your own code part of the theme, or is it in a plugin or elsewhere?

If it’s in your theme and changing to a default theme didn’t help, get in touch via ticket with more details and we’ll keep investigating:

If your own code is being added via a plugin or elsewhere, does disabling that code change anything?

    Hi,

I’ve already contacted support through the plugin itself. My code is part of the theme and was added via functions.php.
