Hi everyone! 🙂
I installed and set up OneSignal on my website (kannenkunst.de). However, the subscribe to notification prompt (and bell) only shows up when viewing my site via the WordPress customizer. It doesn’t show up when visiting the site outside customizer (no matter which device, browser or OS). Hope someone can help! Thanks 🙂

Hello

Your site origin is https://kannenkunst.de/ which is different from the www version you provided above. This small difference can cause issues with how OneSignal works.

Please change the site url in the onesignal.com dashboard to show https://kannenkunst.de/ and contact the onesignal support staff with your App ID for further assistance.
