 * We just started using your forum on our site and really think it is great.
 * Two things that would make it even better for us are:
 * 1. Grant all users the ability to be able notified of new threads.
    2. Provide
   a daily updated subscription option so it limits the amount of E-mails sent to
   subscribed users.
 * I look forward to providing feedback.
 * Thanks,
 * TJ

 * Hello [@worthiejones](https://wordpress.org/support/users/worthiejones/),
 * first of all: Thank you for your feedback! 🙂
 * > 1. Grant all users the ability to be able notified of new threads.
 * This is something I already want to provide with the next update. See this topic
   for more information:
    [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/forum-subscription/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/forum-subscription/)

   > mails sent to subscribed users.
 * I am not sure yet if I want to implement this because some users expect notifications
   as soon as new content is created while other users only want some daily summary.
   So you have to provide solutions for both kind of users. To do this a lot of
   different things need to be provided, like:
    – queuing notifications up for some
   users only – define times for sending the summaries – etc
 * One of the main goals of this plugin is to keep it simple. Thats why I dont want
   to provide this configuration-overhead yet. Maybe later, lets see. 🙂
 * Greetings,
    Thomas

 * Thomas,
 * Is there a way currently to limit a particular user to a specific forum?
 * We currently are using “groups” to allow use of the forums page. That effectively
   limits the forum to specific users. If we could specify a separate forum (say
   with a different short code) per page we could make that work, but I don’t see
   any way to do it currently.
 * I’m I missing something or is that something you are considering?
 * Thanks,
 * TJ

 * Sorry for the late reply, [@worthiejones](https://wordpress.org/support/users/worthiejones/).
   Since they changed something on WordPress.org topics which new replys dont appear
   at the top anymore …
 * Maybe you can have a look at this:
    [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/roles-22/#post-6898709](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/roles-22/#post-6898709)
 * This allows you to combine usergroups with the forum.
